 Post subject: Outbox vs. Sent Messages

What does it mean for a PM that I've "sent" to be in the "outbox" as opposed to the "Sent Messages"? Is there something more I need to do to get it to the recipient?

Outbox is a sent message that hasn't been received yet because the recipient hasn't logged in yet.
