Northampton office IT support is responsible for providing computer hardware and software acquisition, telecommunications infrastructure, information security, and maintenance for the City departments, constitutional offices, and outside agencies. In addition, it manages the official City website and acts as the central depository for all electronic data.
Students have access to a full range of IT support services including troubleshooting, installation of supported software, password resets and assistance with printing, wifi and network issues, system logins, and University accounts. Students can access IT services through the Student Hub or raise a ticket by visiting the IT help desk in person on Fridays 8 am to 9 am or via the self-serve ticketing system 24/7.
Enrollment Center
The Enrollment Center supports NCC students through the admissions process, financial aid, and degree certifications through Parchment. Students can also access academic support through tutoring and coaching in a variety of subjects.
